The Greek and Roman myths are often associated with violence, patriarchy, and many dynamics many of us are trying to move away from.
And yet, they have a deep, rich, sacred history.
Chris Skidmore has a deep, personal relationship with the Greek and Roman myths of astrology.
Chris is a beautiful storyteller, an astrologer, a psychotherapist, and a craniosacral therapist.
Join Chris (and Martha) for a twelve month journey of finding soul, healing, and beauty in a deep dive into the myths of the year.
Each month, we will dive into the myths associated with the zodiac signs and planets of that month, as follows:
MARCH 2024: Pisces, Jupiter, and Neptune
APRIL 2024: Aries and Mars
MAY 2024: Taurus and Venus
JUNE 2024: Gemini and Mercury
JULY 2024: Cancer and The Moon
AUGUST 2024: Leo and The Sun
SEPTEMBER 2024: Virgo and Mercury (from another angle), and Chiron
OCTOBER 2024: Libra and Venus (from another angle)
NOVEMBER 2024: Scorpio, Mars (from another angle), and Pluto
DECEMBER 2024: Sagittarius, Jupiter (from another angle), and Chiron (from another angle)
JANUARY 2025: Capricorn and Saturn
FEBRUARY 2025: Aquarius, Uranus, and Saturn
For this series, we will meet once a month for a time of storytelling, reflection, sharing, and answer and question time.
The live monthly gatherings will be at an AUSTRALIA FRIENDLY time, evening in the Americas and morning in Australia.
Each gathering will be recorded as well and available indefinitely, so you do not need to be there live. You are also welcome to submit questions for Chris ahead of time if you are not able to be there live.

Your Instructor
Chris Skidmore weaves together the three disciplines of Astrology, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Process-Oriented Psychotherapy. His work is informed by his deep love and study of Greek Mythology and its illustration of the human condition in an unfiltered dream-like language. Following in the path laid down by depth psychology, he believes that we can find resemblances of our current life situations in ancient myths. By doing so the stories often reveal creative solutions to life's seemingly impossible conundrums and cycling patterns.
He is in private practice in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia and works both in person and over Zoom. Later this year he plans to begin teaching Astrology through a mythic lens.
