This course will be a learning journey of astrology, grounded especially in the evolutionary astrology lineage taught by Jeffrey Wolfe Green, Ari Moshe Wolfe, Heather Ensworth, and a mix of other lineages as well.
Most importantly though, it will be a PORTAL OF REMEMBERING.
This course is a spirit led, spirit guided sacred journey, a sacred ceremonial space guided and held by the Earth, the cosmos, our own souls, and existence itself, of remembering, of re-becoming the ancient wisdom keepers, healers, and way showers that we are and have been in many many lifetimes.
This course will be a space where the ancient knowing that our world is needing will be held to emerge as YOU, through you, and through our collective knowing as well.

In this course, we will do the following:
1) WEEKLY GATHERINGS EACH MONTH
Each month, we will drop into the energy, wisdom, mythology, and astrology of one zodiac sign and its corresponding planets. We will meet in sacred ceremony to remember, to learn, and to bring through ourselves the wisdom of each zodiac sign, each corresponding constellation, and each of the main planets. We will do this through learning of the evolutionary astrology approach to each sign and planet, but we will also journey to the planets and stars through meditation and guided, channeled experiences.
Each month, we will also have a "fire side chat" with astrologer, psychotherapist, and craniosacral therapist, Chris Skidmore, to dive more deeply into the Greek and Roman mythology associated with the zodiac sign and planet(s) we are exploring and being with each month.
Each month (March 2024 - February 2025), we will gather as follows:
- WEEK ONE:Workshop with Martha to learn the background knowledge of each sign and planet - LIVE AND RECORDED - Live Meeting on Thursday, 10am PST/1pm EST/6pm BST/7pm CET
- A "Fireside Chat" Gathering with Chris Skidmore (and Martha) to dive more deeply into the mythology of that month's zodiac sign and planet(s) - LIVE AND RECORDED - Live Meeting on Sunday, 5pm Pacific/8pm EST/11am AEST/8am Perth Time
- WEEK TWO:Channeled Gathering with Martha drop into a channeled, guided experience of each sign and planet - LIVE AND RECORDED - Live Meeting on Wednesday, 10am PST/1pm EST/6pm BST/7pm CET
- WEEK THREE: Sharing Circles with Martha - During these small, intimate circles, we will share what has arisen for each of us in our own experiences and exploration of the signs and planets and we will look at our charts to explore those energies in our charts as well - LIVE AND Possibly RECORDED (I will record or not record depending on the wishes of the group members.) - Live Meetings Held at Various Times to Accommodate Various Schedules and Time Zones
- WEEK FOUR: A Monthly Q and A, Live and Recorded, to Complete the Month
2) QUARTERLY SACRED CEREMONIES - LIVE AND RECORDED
In addition to the weekly gatherings each month, four times in the year, near the time of each solstice and equinox, we will gather in sacred ceremony to ground into the sacred container of our circle and to be held by the spirit world to come more and more deeply into our own ways of knowing and our own remembering on both individual and collective levels.
3) GUEST TALKS - LIVE AND RECORDED
Four times in the year, we will have the honor and pleasure of enjoying a phenomenal guest speaker who will give a one time workshop on a special topic to augment, broaden, and deepen our learning and remembering of our wisdom of the stars, planets, and ourselves.
The guest speakers will be: Heather Ensworth, Melanie Reinhart, Julia Balaz, and Kelley Hunter.
5) This Astrology 101 Course will be the first course that will lead to a second year course which will dive deeply into Chart Interpretation, Trauma Informed practices, and the nurturing of people who want to become astrologers or deepen their ability to confidently read an astrology chart in a way that is healing for the recipient and for you.
This Astrology 101 Course is perfect for people of all levels of astrological knowledge and experience, from complete beginners to practicing astrologers.

THE BEGINNING OF A THREE YEAR PROGRAM!
This course is a stand alone course and sacred journey. However, it also is the first year in a three year program. If you are interested in Year Two and/or Year Three, it will be possible to join those years on their own, but having done Year One will be much more supportive for most people doing years two and/or three.
YEAR ONE:
Year One is "A Portal of Remembering."
This year will be a sacred journey of remembering yourself as an ancient being who is a conduit of divine wisdom in your own unique way.
This year will also be a collective "portal of remembering" to support astrology to re-birth itself through each of us and through our group as a whole.
This first year will be a comprehensive deep dive into the basics of the astrological signs, planets, constellations, and some key stars, both from an evolutionary astrological perspective AND from a deep body and soul level understanding of YOUR own knowing of the cosmos, earth, and beyond.
This Year One is perfect for anyone of any level of astrological background, from beginners through practicing astrologers.
It is especially perfect for you if you are feeling called to remember astrology as YOU know it on a soul level and to be part of a re-birthing of astrology in this sacred, intentional, and grounded way.
YEAR TWO:
The second year of the program will be a deep dive into chart interpretation and trauma informed practices of astrological readings healing arts in general. We will also go more deeply into our own soul knowing of the stars themselves, the constellations, and other celestial beings who call to us to dive in more deeply, such as the Kuiper belt, Sedna, the Oort Cloud, the Centaurs, and the asteroid belt. The exact content of Year Two will be a co-creation of the spirit world, Martha, and those of you called to be part of the journey of Year Two. More details to come in mid-2024.
YEAR THREE:
The third year of the program will be for people who are ready to move onto practicing your own version of healing and astrology in the world in YOUR unique way. In year three, we will do a deep dive into bringing YOUR unique soul calling into the world. We will do this through group and individual support regarding business practices, building an aligned community, and how to nurture the eco-system of YOUR unique calling in the world with deep integrity, soul aligned ethics, and true love.

Heather Ensworth, Ph.D., is an internationally known astrologer with over 25 years of experience. She has also practiced as a clinical psychologist for over 35 years. In addition, she is a shamanic practitioner and has facilitated sacred circles for women for healing and spiritual development for more than 20 years.
She is committed to exploring and teaching ancient wisdom and healing practices for our own healing and the healing of the Earth.

Melanie Reinhart
Melanie Reinhart was born in Zimbabwe and astrology has been central to her life since 1959. She has been offering consultations, writing and teaching worldwide since 1975. A prize-winning diploma holder of the Faculty of Astrological Studies (1979), she is now also one of their patrons. Books include "Chiron and the Healing Journey" (1989, revised 2010). Chris Skidmore
Chris Skidmore weaves together the three disciplines of Astrology, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Process-Oriented Psychotherapy. His work is informed by his deep love and study of Greek Mythology and its illustration of the human condition in an unfiltered dream-like language. Following in the path laid down by depth psychology, he believes that we can find resemblances of our current life situations in ancient myths. By doing so the stories often reveal creative solutions to life's seemingly impossible conundrums and cycling patterns.

Your Instructor
Martha Alter Hines is a mother, an author, a healer, and an astrologer. Martha has twenty years of experience as a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and body worker.
Martha is channeling a series of eight books called the Living the One Light series.
She has primarily studied Evolutionary Astrology with Ari Moshe Wolfe and is currently a student of Heather Ensworth as well.
Martha bridges her trauma informed clinical background with her astrological knowledge, as well as a deep understanding of ourselves as beings of the cosmos, Earth, divine, heart, mind, and so much more.
Martha was born in Thailand and grew up in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kenya, and the United States. She has a life long passion for helping to alleviate the suffering of our world.
